problem solved,
Just move the required files from
/usr/lib/cups/filter
to /usr/lib64/cups/filter

Running suse 10.2 Installed the turboprint-1.95-2.x86_64.rpm bought a 3 user license file. And installed the canon ix4000 printer several ways.
