Re: Move to different computer

Hello,

this is no problem. Please uninstall TurboPrint on your old computer. Then install on your new computer and use your license key file to unlock.

Hello, thank you for your problem report. I have the following questions: - does the crash occur exactly when you press the "Print" button in the previewer? - is this a sporadic problem (sometimes printing is possible and sometimes PrintFab Preview crashes)? - does it depend on the document and / or...

Re: Cannot print to Canon Selphy CP1300

Re: Line Art

Hello, the "Greyscale" mode is the correct setting for line art. Depending on the print resolution, some kind of dithering is required to adjust the ink amount. No dithering at all is only possible if the print resolution is low and every ink drop in the resolution grid can be printed without ink bl...

Re: Halftone Printing Settings for transparency

1. + 3. No printer driver color management is active in pre-halftoned Screen Printing mode, so it does not make any difference which color space you use. Re: Halftone Printing Settings for transparency

1. If I want to print from only the Yellow Cartridge (in which I have Photo Black installed), should I use the following settings seen in first screen grab below? Will this only print using ink from the Yellow Cartridge? Yes. Important: If you scroll down, there will be more cartridges that you sho...

Re: Halftone Printing Settings for transparency

Hello, 1. yes this is possible. For "Matte Black" use the settings visible in the screenshots. To print with the cartridge "Yellow" (which you have replaced with "Photo Black") only, switch "Halftone Screen Mode" to "Multi Black" and disable all colors except "Multi Black Cartridge Yellow". R3000-ma...

Re: Broken installation process

If found that a security mechanism has been recently added or enabled in ArchLinux that prevents communication between the user application "TurboPrint Control" and a TurboPrint background application that is started as "root" that actually updates the printer settings. You can open a Terminal windo...

Re: License questions

Hello, yes, importing an ICC color space like ProPhoto RGB is only supported by TurboPrint Studio. TurboPrint Studio has the following additional features compared to TurboPrint Pro: - use additional color spaces by importing the ICC profiles - print CMYK documents (PDF or from Scribus, Inkscape) - ...
