Solved. I had not setting up the printer properly. Now that I have thoroughly follow the printer installation instructions Turboprint is working fine.

I have attached a screen capture that show the print job stopped at 12%

This printer has not wireless function. It is connected via USB.
As I said the printer is recognized and even can show the ink status. But it is not printing.

Turboprint recognizes my printer. And send a test page, but it seems that it stops after 10% charging the page and does not print.
I am testing turboprint and buy it if it works. Otherwise I'll have to return my printer to the vendor.
