TurboPrint & PrintFab

I downloaded version 1.95 of turboprint to use it in my suse 10.2 system. When I try to open it with "install software" it tries to find packages but nothing happens. when I try rpm --install turboprint-1.95-1.i386.rpm in console I get this: error: open of turboprint-1.95-1.i386.rpm failed...
