I have been supplied with a patched version of cups bnjp code which I have tested and works fine. There will be proper fix issued in due course.

Canon IP7250 network print fails on cups backend
I am having a problem printing to my IP7250 wirelessly. TP seems to create the test page OK and it starts printing but then I get a message saying CUPS backed has failed and only half the page prints, nothing meaningful in CUPS log files or anywhere else I can find. Does anyone have any ideas please...

IP7250 Ink Counters
I have been looking at the ink usage on my IP7250 and notice that the TP Control shows the 5 tank levels fine as does the TP Monitor but the Monitor when showing the usage shows only 4 values with a single black value so there seems to be no way within the monitor to know if a job used photo-black o...

Re: Canon ip7250
I now have my IP7250 and it is working fine as a USB printer but I would like to see if it is possible to get it working as a network (wireless) printer using Turboprint.
Can you please tell me if this is possible and if so what do I have to do to set it up correctly?

Canon ip7250
Can the Canon ip7250 printer be used wirelessly under linux with Turboprint? I know it is supported via USB with the later versions of TP.

Canon Selphy CP900
I was wondering if there is any chance you might consider adding some of the postcard size dye sub printers to TP? Specifically the CP900 which is Canon's latest. Currently there is very little if any support in Linux for these printers and is the main reason I still keep Windows XP in Virtualbox in...

Re: Issue with head cleaning on Stylus R800
Now I have seemed to solved the disconnects, the Clean Print Heads seems to do nothing and nothing shows in the Monitor other than Idle status. When I select it I can here the printer make a sound but no head cleaning takes place. I have one cartridge at 7% so I dont know for sure that this is low e...

Re: Issue with head cleaning on Stylus R800
I'll check, I think I might have resolved the USB disconnects which I need to test first for it to be a fair test of TP. I'll try to do this and feedback in the next couple of days.

Re: Issue with head cleaning on Stylus R800
I am now wondering if the tools menu does not provide any feedback to the user for any function if it gets an error. I am getting USB disconnects randomly now and think the reason I could not do a head clean was that the USB had disconnected (probably a Fedora issue) but the tools menu does not prov...

Issue with head cleaning on Stylus R800
My Epson R800 will not run a head cleaning cycle if any ink tank is low and under Windows this provides an error message when this is the case. Under TP it just does nothing leaving the user maybe wondering if there is another problem with the printer. Can you add detection of this condition and pro...
