In the page setup dialog, choose your printer (instead of the preselected "any printer") and you will get the list of page sizes that are actually supported by this printer - including "4x6 borderless". The reason for the 6 inch advance seems to be: if the page size is not set to...

Hello, thank you for testing! I've tried to reproduce the problem and made some prints with f-spot on Ubuntu 9.04 and the current TurboPrint 2.11-1. Printing worked properly if I set the page size in f-spot BEFORE opening the print dialog. When I changed the page size from the print dialog, print po...

Hello wepsmiller, I am not sure why the TurboPrint daemon is not running on your system. Is the message "daemon not running" displayed in the TurboPrint Monitor? Could you try to start the daemon from command line with the following command (this time directly, not via init script): sudo /...

Hello, thank you for the screen shots & log file. Unfortunately, I can't find a problem yet. How does the final print look like? Can you email digicam photos or scans of "cropped" and "distorted" prints? If you do, please mark which print belongs to the screen shots you sent.

Hello, thank you for your feedback! Two questions: - is the preview in the GIMP-TurboPrint print dialog still okay after your mode / rescale? - what about the preview in TurboPrint Monitor (check "Preview jobs") - is it already distorted? For closer investigation, you could send the follow...

Hello, the expired trial period is not the problem - after 30 days you can continue to print, but a "TurboPrint" logo is added on the printed pages. Please open TurboPrint Control Center (the printer must be connected and powered on) and press "Edit". In the list "Choose por...

Hello,

if the printer's LED flashes and then is green again, the print job might have failed.

Please post the log file /var/log/turboprint/print.log (only the section for the last print job).

Hello, this is "normal" behaviour: The option "reset ink counters" in TurboPrint Control does not reset the ink counters in the printer (or in the ink cartridges). It only resets TurboPrint Monitor's ink usage counters (a software approximation of the ink coverage of printed page...

Hello,

TurboPrint does not touch other non-TurboPrint print queus, so this must have been a coincidence. Probably it will help to remove the laser printer print queue and to set it up again?

Hello, thank you for your feedback! 1. Instead of "presets" you can create several print queues for the same printer in TurboPrint Control Center - e.g. one for text documents on A4 paper, one for photo printing on 5x7 cards. Give the print queues significant names - e.g. "Canon_iP460...
