Re: How to linearize settings to match paper
You are right, the method that we discussed is not convenient and it is not recommended by us. The currently recommended solution is to select the minimun ink limit of 100. If the bleeding on the profile page is acceptable, the profile can be created (either through our profile measurement service o...

Re: Canon Pro-1000 & XL print
Hello, I think it is a problem with a specific custom page size. The limit in the Canon Windows driver is 432mm if the units are set to "metric".
Can you please retry with a print width of 43.20cm and let me know if this solves the problem?

Re: How to linearize settings to match paper
Hello, please do not adjust the .tpr file. Instead, you can adjust the maximum ink amount in a printer driver specific file. For the L1300, the file is C:\Program Files (x86)\ZEDOnet\PrintFab 1.x\colors\DX4250.tpm For the paper class "inkjet" and print resolution "5760dpi", pleas...

Re: Profile List Reorder?
Hello, thank you for your suggestion. Currently it is not possible to reorder the profile ist. We can add this to the "feature wish list" and it might me implemented in a future TurboPrint release. There is a way to manually reorder the list: You could edit the file /usr/share/turboprint/p...

Hello, PrintFab already comes with a "built-in" color profile the Canon CP1300 printer. There are two color profiles available in our profile download area for the Canon CP1300 printer that have been created for users. These profiles are almost identical to the one that is already "bu...

Hello,
dry time is specific to the combination of ink and print media. We have no experience with printing transparent films with the T120 printer, so I cannot give a reliable answer.

Re: "Printer not connected" but it's working
Hello,
bidirectional communication works only with network printers that have WiFi or a network port.
If you connect an USB printer via a router, the communication is unidirectional and no printer or ink status can be retrieved.

In that case everything should be unchanged and I can see no reason why printing should stop working. Did you check your USB c...

Re: Cannot print borderless and also automatically double-sided at the same time
Hello,
printing borderless with automatic duplex generally does not work - one edge of the paper must remain in the printer to be reversed. The driver settings should not allow this combination, should be fixed in a future PrintFab release.

Re: Cut Line
Hello, I just investigated Epson's documentation for the Pro 4880 printer and found that this behaviour is as intended by Epson: When "Print Separation Line" is enabled, a line is printed below AND at the right side of the printout. It is not possible to enable/disable them individually. A...
