I am trying to install a Pixma IP 1600 printer using Turbo Print version 1.94-4 on SuSE Linux 10.1, but as soons as I sent something to the printer, the messages at the botton appears on my turboprint_cups.log.

If I run the printer test from TurboPrint, it works without problems.

How can I proceed ?

Thank you for your attention. Regards,

Ricardo Jorge

Hello,

Installation of TurboPrint is not complete (for an unknown reason). Please check if the directory "/var/log/turboprint" and subdirectories "lib", "printers", "colors" etc. exist and are readable for everyone. You can also repeat installation using the TurboPrint .tgz archive.
