Hello,

I'm using Canon Photo Paper Glossy Plus and suddenly my printer is printing it out all green.
When I use plain paper and select "plain paper", it prints out fine.

Thoughts?

a possible explanation ist that light magenta ink is not working properly - light magenta and light cyan are not used when printing on plain paper. We recommand to print a nozzle test page from PrintFab Toolbox -> button "Open toolbox for selected printer" -> button "Nozzle Check".
