IT8 data for ZEDONET ICC profile

Hi,
I have a icc profile created by Zedonet. I am testing scanner software that allows me to select a printer icc profile. The scanner software also requests the IT8 file for the icc profile. Is this something I can get from ZedoNET?

Hello,
unfortunatley there is no "IT8" file available for our profiles. What is the purpose - does the scanner software use the profile chart to calibrate the scanner?

Hi,
To be honest I don't know what the scanner software does the the printer ICC.
The scanner itself was calibrated using a IT8 target that came with its own IT8 data.
Within the scanner software there is a section where you tell it to use the scanners icc and it8 files. It also has a 'printer colour space' where it defaults to sRGB but this can be changed to specify the priters icc profile but then also requires the IT8 data.
Never mind - calibrating the scanner with a IT8 target has much improved the results I was getting with the scanner.
By the way the profile you created for my ink/paper is great. The results are spot on.
