Canon Pro10S floods print with ink

Hello All,

my Canon Pixma Pro 10s has been sitting all summer, and now - sometimes but not always - it floods the paper with ink.

I tried the cleaning menu, but it still does.

Should I try DEEP cleaning?

Hello,

I recommend to print a nozzle check from TurboPrint Control -> dialog "Toolbox". If the nozzle check patterns for some colors also look "flooded", this is probably a printer hardware problem.

If the nozzle check page seems okay, please post photos of a "flooded" print and also of the nozzle check page.
