Let's get our Canon LaserBase MF5750 driver !

Hi,
I did search (many) without finding any driver of the MF5750 printer for Linux.
I saw that I am not alone with Linux and this printer model.
I am no profesionnal in this area (programming), but is that to say that it is impossible to write a little patch that enable the contact between these "two worlds" : Canon and linux ?
