Open manual icon missing

Hi,
I recently purchased TurboPrint Studio.
Take a look at this:
The "Open manual" icon is missing.

Thank you for your problem report. TurboPrint is using a standard icon that is probably missing on your Linux distribution (icon "gtk-help").
We will provide a fix in the next release of TurboPrint.
