Canon iP4300 - Nozzle Check & Cleaning

Hi!

Can I find any information on interpreting the Nozzle Check test sheet for this printer?

It looks like I have, at the top, an inclined grid printed with the Big Black cartridge (?)
Then, underneath, big uniform rectangles of Cyan / Light Cyan / Magenta / Light Magenta / Yellow / Small Black (?)
And, on the left, Letters & Small Bars printed in Big Black / Mixed-color Grey x 5 / Small Black (?)

There are no gaps, smears or uneven patches anywhere.
Does that mean everything is perfect? :D
Does that mean there is no reason at all to run a cleaning cycle?
What should I really be looking for?

Thanks for all comments!

Hello,

probably everything is okay with your print head.

Please look at the attached scan (nozzle check from a similar printer) for comparison:

In the top line, two "staircase" lines are missing, i.e. two black nozzles are blocked.

In the colored rectangles, no problems are visible - otherwise gaps would be visible.

Thanks!

I appreciate your rapid & helpful answers!

I looked carefully again at my nozzle check results.
They look similar to your attachment & there are no gaps or uneven patches at all (naked eye & big magnifying glass!).

Is that enough to tell me that I definitely don't need to do any head cleaning?
I assume so, but would like to be sure.

No cleaning is necessary in this case.
