Epson WF4734 color balance problem

Post by Onehand »

I just installed an Epson WF4734, and am driving it with Turboprint driver WF4730. When printing a test page, the colors are out of balance and faded. Should I use another driver, or, what are the best settings for good balance?

Hello,

the PrintFab driver WF-4730 should be the correct driver for the Epson WF-4734. Can you please post a photo of the test page?

Thank you. The driver actually seems to be wrong.

Can you please try the following replacement driver:

Epson WorkForcePro WF5620

And if this one doesnt't work, please try the following generic driver:

Epson EcoTank ET4550

Beautiful! The WF5620 seems to work properly. I haven't tested the ET4550 yet, but, will do so if further problems arise.
Thanks for the help & prompt responses.
