I think this may be due to a low black ink level (as seen on another post), but when I try the "Check Ink Quantity" on my Canon Pixma i6000D, I am getting a "Printer not found error"

Details from turboprint.cfg:

Code: Select all

Short="Canon"
Port="device"
Devicename="usb://Canon/iP6000D"

There is still ink left, so I am not going to replace the cartridge yet, but when I do I can report back. In the meantime, any other suggestions?
