Since my printer has a problem of bands at 720 dpi I need to print a 1440 dpi for a print of 24" (60 CM) by 104" (650 CM)
the driver (using Lightroom or Photoshop latest). I cannot create a print file at 1440 dpi. The driver just exits without errors.
It seems to create a driver with a length of 89" (210 CM) at 1440 dpi, and 2880 dpi correctly.
Tried to make file smaller but made no help in printing a photo.
Try to Print 96"(250CM) x 24" photo 1440 dpi
Re: Try to Print 96"(250CM) x 24" photo 1440 dpi
Hello,
I am not sure if this is a driver or an application problem.
Does the PrintFab Preview window open correctly for all print lengths & print resolution?
If the PrintFab Preview window opens for 720dpi, you could increase print resolution to 1440 or 2880dpi in the Preview dialog.
A permanent workaround would be to reduce the "rendering resolution" to 720dpi - this would mean that Photoshop / Lightroom only send 720dpi data and the driver would scale to 1440 / 2880dpi.

Re: Try to Print 96"(250CM) x 24" photo 1440 dpi
The print preview window does not open for 1440 and 2880 when I try to print a image greater in length than 90"
It does open up for 720dpi at 96"..
Thus you recommendation to change the Print Quality in the PrintFab driver and it works.
I didn't realize that one could change the Print Quality DPI by clicking on the setting (720dpi) and changing it.
I am able to print at the 1440 and 2880dpi for 8 foot wide panoramic.
