Hi,
I want to print a test chart to send off for profiling (you get this free with Permajet papers). What are the correct settings to make sure that no colour adjustments are made? I have set up a new profile from the profiles tab; if I choose it in the GIMP printing dialogue will that be the correct setting (i.e. no colour management)?
How to print test chart for profiling
Hello,
please follow the instructions in the TurboPrint PDF manual
http://www.turboprint.info/manual/Manua ... Print2.pdf
chapter 10.1, page 52 and chapter 10.3, page 60:
Open TurboPrint Control Center, button "Profiles" and create a new entry for the paper you want to profile.
Then open GIMP and choose the media type that you just added in TurboPrint Control Center and print your chart - with this setting the TurboPrint color management will be automatically switched off.
Finally, add the ICC profile in the profile administration (TurboPrint Control Center, button "Profiles").
