Hello,
I have a new Epson Sc p600 and it printed perfectly (without and with Printfab). Today i started to print a (A4) color pattern for a custom color profile (to sent it to you). There are white bands visible in the printed profile:
Afterwards i saw the same banding also when printing photo's on A4 paper.
Printheads are clean (headpattern check is perfect).
Any idea what could cause this?
Cheers,
Mark
White banding (mostly when using printfab)
Re: White banding (mostly when using printfab)
Hello,
the pattern in your photo looks like scratches because the print head is touching the paper surface - this should not be caused by PrintFab. I have no explanation why this happens, unless the paper is bent or creased.
Please make sure that the paper is not creased when inserting the sheet. You can also check if it is positioned flat in the printer while the printer is printing.

Re: White banding (mostly when using printfab)
Thank you for the reply. I tried with A3 paper and there is no white bending with the A3 paper. It is only with the (cheap) A4 paper. Could it be a priter problem or is it (probably) caused by the paper?
Cheers,
Mark
