Canon Pixma Pro-100 Mac 11.2.1 OS PrintFab issue

Hello,
I am having problems trying to print my separations to my Canon Pixma Pro-100 I just picked up in November. Had PrintFab printing just fine up until 2 days ago when I updated Illustrator CC and rebooted which also added some OS updates (still Catalina 10.15) I initially couldn't print anything or see printer. Went thru updated Canon drivers, uninstalled PrintFab & Ghostscript, shutdown for 5 minutes.
Booted back up and re-installed PrintFab 2.95 with no luck. It sees the ink levels but something. I can print using the original Canon ppd but I can't do anything with the PrintFab printer even clean heads... Please help.
