I've been using TP for years, but lately I can't select colour printing, it's always grey-scale. I've recently renewed my licence.
OS: Latest Ubuntu
Printer: HP Office Jet Pro 8600 +
Any suggestions to fix would be appreciated.

Hello, I just answered by email:
The problem might either be caused by wrong printer driver settings or by the printer itself - some HP printers switch to greyscale mode if the printer has run out of color ink.
Please send me the TurboPrint log file
/var/log/turboprint/print.log
then I can check if there is a problem in the printer driver settings.
