Quark 7.5 Missing printfab settings in print dialog

I Just loaded a new trial version of printFab and I am using Quarkexpress 7.5. on Snow Leopard. I do not get the printfab settings dialog box in quark as I do in Adobe acrobat. Where is it in quark. Please help,
