I copied gpturboprint from /usr/lib64/gimp/2.0/plug-ins to /usr/lib64/gimp/2.99/plug-ins, but gimp 2.99 does not find it. Is there a work around for this?

Will the gimp plugin work with gimp-2.99
TurboPrint seems to want to find gimp in /usr/bin. I'd like to install it in /usr/local -- prefix=/usr/local, but if /usr works best, that's fine. I have used gimp since 2.0, and I've always built from source. These days it's gimp-master (from git) or gimp-2.99. Is there some switch that will allow ...
