Canon Pro-300 only prints 600ppi, not 1200ppi
I tried sending raster graphics to the Canon Pro-300 printer at 1200ppi and selected super-1200 resolution in the Canon_imagePROGRAF_Pro300 (PrintFab) driver, but the printer only prints every other row (and column) of pixels at 600ppi.
