This Gray issue is a Blocked Head , so easiest way to fix is to disable the channel - rather than the head . I use for photo art printing (but i don't need a high degree of color accuracy) so this works well . Thankyou for the tip on the Bright Inks Usage , i will use that for my sublimation . Great...

Yes the 7890 profile works , thankyou . i have a dead Grey Channel , and was successfully able to disable , and confirmed with the ink consumption . Though it didn't use Grey or Light Grey , but i assume they are tied together somehow... still used all the other colours.

Hi I see this printer is not supported, can you let me know a suitable profile i could use ? A1 , 9 channel (no G and O) , i was looking at the P7900 profile but that has the G and O .
