No. I don't know why that happened. All OK now.

Resizing restores normality.

So I tried to turn off the preview option as it is of no use to me. I do this from the Status Monitor, right? All I see here is an empty window:.

Print preview is always portrait oriented.
Also, changes to contrast and/or brightness seem to make no difference to the preview image.

I found the answer in another post:

"The "TurboPrint Monitor" app shows an ink consumption counter that can be used to compare ink consumption of different documents. This counter can be reset."

What does "Reset ink counters now" do and when would I use it?

The new driver file seems to function correctly. Thanks.

Silence is golden, but I suppose it means there is no solution to this.

No joy. Paper will not load using either "Auto" or "Cassette 1".
Note: I can print as desired from a Win 11 laptop using Windows Photo Viewer, but this is not a long-term option for me.

This, added to the fact that the rear feed requires me to wait until the printer tells me 'out of paper' before loading considerably affects my workflow.

The printer will only load paper from the rear feed. Am I doing something wrong?
