The settings are correct, the black cartridge should be used - however this print job seems to have failed.
There should be some more debugging info between "Start of print job" and "End of print job - result ... ".

Did you get any output?

Please post the log file /var/log/turboprint/print.log (section for last print job starting from "### new print job..." is sufficient).
