I looked through the forum and tried the command line
tpsetup --install ~arthur/turboprint2.tpkey
which appears to have worked.

Problem reinstalling Turboprint
I have just done a clean install of Gentoo after deciding to move away from Fedora 13
I have reinstalled turboprint 2.13-2.x86_64 (the latest version to which I am entitled) and can go to select keyfile (which I have dutifully saved)
This works and tells me its licensed ( Serial No: 2361-3001-0201 ...
