Hello,
please post the log file /var/log/turboprint/print.log after a print to 4x6 with paper jam.
This way we can check the internal driver settings (page size & print mode).
Can you print to 4x6 cards in the upper tray?
I just printed to 4x6 card from upper tray.
I'll look for the print.log ...
