I have it sort of working 
I can print from Gimp File > Print and then select the turboprint option to print the CD.. I have never had much luck with the Gutenprint it seems to be the same trying print to the turboprint driver direct from Gimp File > turboprint.

Canon MX922 will not print CD
I am new to this forum; but not to Turboprint. I have never had a problem until now. I am having problems printing DVD with Turboprint 2.44-1 (20-Nov-2017) on a Canon MX922. I have followed the instruction in chapter 14.3 however the DVD label is printed to paper. I have tried from Gimp and Libreoff...
