Re: Epson P400, Gloss Optimizer, Luster paper
I can confirm that Turboprint 2.49 fixes this problem; the nozzle check pattern prints. Thank you!

Re: Epson P400, Gloss Optimizer, Luster paper
OK, so from a single custom color profile, I should be able to create several different paper profiles -- one for each different Gloss Optimizer mode I want to use. I'll try that. Thanks ... A workaround may be to add several profiles with different gloss optimizer settings. ... After testing, this ...

Re: Epson P400, Gloss Optimizer, Luster paper
Results: As I've been exploring this I found 2 other bugs: In Turboprint Toolbox Printer Utilities, the "NozzleCheck" button doesn't work. It's supposed to print a page with a nozzle check pattern. But it does nothing. In the same tool, the "Print Testpage" button does work. The ...

Re: Epson P400, Gloss Optimizer, Luster paper
I printed with gloss optimizer set to "Full" and the prints are identical as on the "Auto" setting.
So it looks like gloss optimizer is never being used on this Luster paper. To confirm, I'll print yet another one with gloss optimizer set to "Off", for comparison.

Epson P400, Gloss Optimizer, Luster paper
I'm printing photos using Turboprint (from GIMP on Ubuntu 16) to my Epson P400. Overall I get great results. But when I use Luster paper, it looks like the gloss optimizer is not being used. In Turboprint, I leave the Gloss Optimizer setting to "automatic". I could force this setting with ...

Re: Roll Paper Always Feeds 129"
I've tried all the options you suggested, this problem still happens. Looks like a bug in Turboprint. I emailed you a log file with a reference to this thread.

Re: License questions
Thanks for the prompt answers.
ProPhoto RGB isn't really a custom one-off, but a standard color space widely supported, with freely available ICC files. Any plans to include it out of the box in all versions?

Re: License questions
PS: I use the ProPhotoRGB color space (RT_Large_gBT709 in Rawtherapee). My Turboprint trial supports this. Does the "Pro" version also support this? Or is it considered an additional ICC profile only supported by the Studio version? From this question, I see that TurboPrint supports this: ...

Re: License questions
Thanks. Can the Pro version also print on 13x19 sheet paper?
When (for what sizes) is the Studio version needed?

License questions
I'm considering purchasing TurboPrint to continue using beyond my current 30-day trial. But I have some questions before I do that: 1. Does the license ever expire? The site says it includes updates for 6 months, but does not mention the license duration. 2. Which license(s) do I need to print on 13...

Re: Roll Paper Always Feeds 129"
Yep, I defined the paper size in the TurboPrint control app. However, when I first created it I gave it only width, not length, so the length may have defaulted to 129". Then later I updated it and set the length to 12.41". After doing that it still printed 129" long. I will try delet...

Roll Paper Always Feeds 129"
I'm in the 30-day trial on Ubuntu 16.04 with TurboPrint 2.47 and an Epson SureColor P400. So far everything works well, except... When I print to roll paper, it always feeds a LOT through the printer after the print is done. It's about 10' of fresh unused paper, I assume this is the TurboPrint 129&q...
