it must have been the firefox version.
i can mysteriously print now and i have upgraded firefox a few times.

firefox - can't print from
I have a canon pixma 1800
i'm using the 1700 driver as the 1800 is not listed.
i can print fine from gimp or kwrite but when i try to print from firefox
it just sits there 'processing' in the print job viewer.
how do i fix this, please?

i fixed my printer. i had the wrong ghostscript installed. i had ghostscript-gnu or something like that, now i installed ghostscript-esp, re-installed cups, did a revdep-rebuild, re-did my config file and re-installed turboprint. then i had to log in to the config page at http://127.0.0.1:631 and go...
