For some reason I thought the preview showed the halftones before printing. I will test to make sure it works as I need.

I have updated to V 1.23b.

I created a test file of 6 squares of a spot color. Each is a different percentage of opacity from 0% to 100%. Test printing there is still no change in achieving halftone.

Also this is the first time I have printed films since I upgraded to Win 11 and is version 1.21.

One last note for anyone that reads this.

I did get the appropriate ink for my printer, installed new cartridges and filled with ink. Now all is printing correctly.
NOTE: get the correct ink for your printer brand.

So a final bit on this... I removed the print head and cleaned it out thoroughly. I printed a test page and it printed well, then additional tests did not print well. I have a question about your comments of the fine Cyan and Magenta nozzles. The iX6820 only has 5 ink cartridges, C, M, Y, and 2K. Are the fine nozzles a mechanical solution for lighter applications of these two colors? If printing a transparency, would these still be used and why, if clogged, would...

Tested with Cyan and Magenta disabled. When I print with Media Type as plain paper it will print. When I change to Transparent CF102 it does not print at all. It runs the paper though the printer and the print heads are going through the action of printing, not leaving any ink on the paper.

Thanks, I will try that. I have also reinstalled the driver but have not tested it yet.

Here is an image of the last test pint I did just after a Deep Cleaning through the printer driver maintenance (not using the PrintFab driver).
The grid did print correctly, it may not appear so in the image.
