If I print a jpeg image from darktable (linux) this opens the TurboPrint 3 (studio edition) config 'card' and I can select the working colorspace. If I try to print the same image directly using TurboPrint composer the colorspace is listed as 'automatic selection' and I am unable to change it ...

solved by editing /etc/turboprint/system.cfg, which I think maybe I retained from the previous install.
