Hi guys, we are trying to print 500mm and can't do it. We enter the custom size, but the printer prints the job as if it were on an A4 page?
Any ideas? We don't get an error message of any kind.

Oh and halftone size would be somewhere between 45 & 55.

The halftone mode is Multi but similar results when set with single black. From memory the halftone size is set to default and the angle doesn't seem to change things. I...

Hi All, I have an issue when printing halftones to film. Flat tints are uneven. Any ideas?
