Thank you for the reply. I was using a custom page size, and media size was set to "Defined by Driver". In my case a complete restart of the computer resolved the issue. It was a fresh install of AI 27, and I should have tried the restart before posting.

I have the XL version of PrintFab for printing films on a Canon iX6820. In Illustrator 26.5.1 everything prints fine. In Illustrator 27. with the same settings image is cropped and at the bottom of the page. Is anyone else having issues with AI 27.0?
