Hi splitsch,

I do not know what causes these problems on your fedora system. Maybe there is any inkompatibility with the new authorization mechanism.
Could you please try to start the installation program with administrator rights, e.g. with "sudo ./setup" from a shell?

Hi samsung, the installation process of libgtk1.2 is depending on the Linux distribution you are using. Instead of trying to install libgtk1.2 I suggest to install the new beta of TurboPrint 2 - it is based on libgtk2.0 and does not need libgtk1.2. The beta will work 30 days without any limitations....

To register your license keyfile open the TurboPrint-Setup program, press "Register", then choose "install keyfile...". In the file chooser dialog navigate to the directory where the keyfile was saved and select it.
Press "OK", the keyfile will be loaded and activated.

Hello, it doesn't seem a printer or printer driver problem to me. Your Ubuntu client must connect using the WAP password to get access to the WLAN. Once this is done printing should work as before. Can you reach the Belkin router from your Ubuntu client (e.g. can you "ping" the router's IP...

Hello,

the "nozzle check page" is a single command sent to printer firmware. If really no cyan (blue) is printed, there is really a printer problem - either no ink or clogged nozzles.

Hello, the UCR setting is only effective for PrintFab profiles, not for ICC profiles. For ICC profiles, UCR / black generation is determined by the software used to generate the ICC profile. Before creating an ICC profile choose a suitable maximum ink saturation in TurboPrint Toolbox. The "Tota...

Hello,

thank you for your feedback!

The development of the drivers you named was more effort than for any other Canon drivers, so we decided to release those drivers only in the commercial version. This may be handled differently in future TurboPrint releases.

Hello, the log file is okay so there must be a problem with sending the print data over the network. You can look into /var/log/cups/error_log. You can also debug printing to Windows from command line: E.g. echo "hello" | smbclient //server/printer -c "print -" will send the text...
