Re: Smaller gamut with PF.
So can you give me a date that think it will be available? Just don't forget to make 1. printfab read standard profielamker 5.0.10 cgats.txt files with measurement data so that no matter what spectrometer user has got it will be possible to load the measurement data into printfab. 2. include the lin...

Re: Smaller gamut with PF.
Send me PM on printerknowledge forum, I will send you the details, however you will have to get custom PrintFAB version that has this enabled
so you can access the lin tab.

Re: Canon Pixma MG7550 23" max lenght problem
Use EPSON a.k.a software controlled printer not black box like canon. Therefore you can print any length you want. Use Mirage RIP.

Why no support for Brother MFC?
Hello, why Borother MFC printers are not supported? They are very good value for money and have very good print quality. There are A3 models too for a fraction of the cost of Canon, EPSON.
So I hope they will be supported.

Re: Canon6700D worse colors with PrintFAB then with Canon dr
Just to let everyone know, I was not able to resolve this. Zedonet provided a custom version with possibility to print lin curves, but they were unable to produce any better ouput :( I wonder has anything changed in this regard, is there any upgrades to software in printing lin curves? Because now t...

Re: epson 1400 and Lightroom
I would suggest that zedonet would make a diagram on their website how printfab works, cause now users don't understand the whole sequence of conversions, on how to use the self generated profile and think they should load the profile in their software. PrintFAB is RIP, sort of, so you should load t...

Re: Epson 3880 Paper Profiles
I received feedback from X-Rite that says ColorMunki Photo was designed to work with the printer driver, and it does work correctly generating a RGB profile with the Epson driver. It apparently will not work with PrintFab since it considers it is a CMYK printer. I don't understand why it is working...

Re: Canon6700D worse colors with PrintFAB then with Canon dr
There are two things we could try: 1. Sending in a PrintFab color profile would be helpful for us as we could compare the quality of the different profiling workflows - creating your own ICC profile vs. our measurement service. Maybe we can find out if there is a general problem in the ICC profile ...

Re: Canon6700D worse colors with PrintFAB then with Canon dr
I see there is a folder inside the printfab with what appears like cartridge files (named by cartridge name) inside is what looks like linearization data. Can you please provide a version of printfab that can edit these or utility for this job? I want to make tests, with prinfab to get optimal curve...

Re: Canon6700D worse colors with PrintFAB then with Canon dr
We are wondering why your results are so unsatisfactory. A reason might be that something went wrong in the profile creation process That can't be, my measuring devices are re-certified by manufacturer every year. we suggest that you print a color chart directly from the PrintFab profile management...

Re: Canon6700D worse colors with PrintFAB then with Canon dr
Well I think that printing with PrintFAB grayscale should be better than original driver that is the goal any user would use RIP for.
Can you send me download link for updated version so that I can test this?
Does this means grayscale will be optimized for this printer model or for all printers?
