Re: Colour selection not working in print dialogue
Hello,
from which application did you print, e.g. LibreOffice / Firefox?
Can you please send the log file /var/log/turboprint/print.log after making a print with the dialog setting "Colour" that is printed B/W?
Please send to mail (at) zedonet (dot) de and refer to the support forum.

Re: Change page size to inches from mm
Hello,
the displayed page size is always in mm, we might show both mm and inch in a future release.
To add a new custom page size, please open the "PrintFab" app, dialog "Sizes".

Re: PREVIEW IS BLURRED AND NOT PRINTING
You are the first customer with this problem so we have no solution yet. As a first step, please check where your temp directory is. Please open a command line (CMD.EXE) window and enter echo %temp% then hit the <Enter> key. You will see something like C:\Users\florian>echo %temp% C:\Users\florian\A...

Hello, it looks as if the postscript interpreter "Ghostscript" cannot access the temp directory because it is not writeable or because it is full. GPL Ghostscript 8.71: **** Could not open temporary file '' GPL Ghostscript 8.71: Could not open the scratch file . Ghostscript writes to the s...

Re: DTF - White in GY R
Hello,
currently we have an experimental beta version of PrintFab Windows with support for DTF printing, the download link is available on request.
Unfortunately there is no such preliminary version available for Mac yet, I hope it will be available in the second half of 2024.

Re: BW print color cast
Hello, for most printers, "Gray Photo" converts the image to grayscale before processing it in the usual way, e.g. print the image with a mix of CMY for light colors and replacing that with black ink for darker colors. Please select "Grayscale" if you want to print with black ink...
