TurboPrint & PrintFab

Every so often PrintFab forgets my printer. I have to launch PrintFab and set the printer up afresh. Is there a fix for this please?

I am on version 2.93 of PrintFab for Mac, and my OS is Catalina 10.15.4. I am using the driver for the HP colour laserject 4500, but my printer is a Samsung CLX-3305W. When the problem occurred this morning I was printing from PDF Reader Pro Lite.

I haven't noticed that a printer that had been set up in PrintFab Toolbox "disappeared" in macOS. We also haven't received customer reports about such a problem yet.

Actually, PrintFab doesn't keep a list of the printers that are available ony your Mac - this is managed by the macOS printing system.
This means I am not sure where to look for the problem and if we can fix it from our side.

The following information might be helpful:
- How is the printer connected - USB or WLAN?
- Can you reproduce the behaviour in any way, e.g. try to print when the printer is not powered on?
