Turboprint for Ubuntu 9.10?

Hi,

I downloaded turboprint_2.12-1_amd64.deb but haven't tried it yet. My system was just upgraded to Ubuntu 9.10 and was wondering if this version compatible? No mentioning of v2.12 at all in the release notes from the download page.

I am unable to print ADF family fonts with Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala and Turboprint 2.12.

The issue is that ADF font glyphs print as square boxes.

Examples of fonts that behave like this:
- Swizera ADF Extra Bold
- Romande ADF Script S+d

Hi,

The square glyphs problem with ADF family fonts problem was not caused by Turboprint nor by Ubuntu 9.10. The issue was with Abiword rendering the font wrong.

So problem solved, I reverted back to OpenOffice.
