Index card "Color Spaces" missing

Post by leclercj »

I'd like to install an AdobeRGB color space in TurboPrint, for usage with darktable.
According to documentation, I should be able to do so from the ""Color Spaces" index card.
https://www.turboprint.info/manual/Manu ... 6.7%2C0%5D
In my case, the "Color Spaces" index card does not show up. See screen capture

I'm currently using ubuntu 19.10 (problem was already there when I was ubuntu 19.04)
TurboPrint version 2.48-2(23-MAY-2019)
License Type: TurboPrint Pro

Additional observation: When I click to "Profiles" to open the TurboPrint profiles windows, I got the following error message in the console:

Code: Select all

(turboprint:8469): Gtk-CRITICAL **: 22:26:07.291: IA__gtk_notebook_set_tab_label: assertion 'GTK_IS_WIDGET (child)' failed

(turboprint:8469): Gtk-CRITICAL **: 22:26:07.291: IA__gtk_widget_child_notify: assertion 'GTK_IS_WIDGET (widget)' failed

** (turboprint:8469): WARNING **: 22:26:07.291: Widget not found: label_nocolorspaces
label nocolorspaces not found
Thanks for your support

Hello,

the option to add user new spaces is only available in TurboPrint Studio, not in TurboPrint Pro - as stated in our online shop:

"TurboPrint Pro: CMYK mode, user color spaces and proof mode are only supported by TurboPrint Studio"

"TurboPrint Studio: All functions of TurboPrint Pro plus: CMYK color print mode, proof mode for color-consistent printing, import of additional ICC color space profiles, XL version available for print size larger than A3"

I will send you an offer to upgrade to the version "TurboPrint Studio" by email.
