tprintdaemon segfaults after two or more prints... TurboPrint version 2.22-1 (64 bit) Fedora 15, with kernel 3.1rc10. Same happens with 'stock' Fedora kernel.

which printer are you using, how is it connected and what is shown as URI for this printer in TurboPrint Control? If it is connected via USB, the problem might be related to the port driver. There are two port drivers for USB available, the standard "USB" driver and the special TP-USB driver supplied by TurboPrint. Select "Edit" in TurboPrint Control and change to the other USB connection that is shown in the list.
The URI of the standard USB driver is "usb://", the TurboPrint USB backend shows "tpu://...".
Please let me know if the segfaults are still persistent then.
