I followed the links to download this for 64 bit linux, tar files, and ended up pointing at 1.94-4.

Is the 64 bit release available yet?

I recently purchased the licence key for Turboprint, which has installed OK.

I use a Canon Pixma IP1600 and an Epson Stylus C680.

First the Canon. At first I could not get it to print at all, it just threw out the blank sheet whether text or photo. Now it will print a .pdf file but misses the first line (Title) which is in a table. I cannot get it to print photo's except in a .pdf file.

Second the Epson. I could get this to print at first with Open Office and The Gimp but I have tried to get the Canon working under The Gimp and now the Epson will not work either.

How can I remove the Epson details from the Gimp printer list.

I am using Ubuntu O/S and am beginning to think I shall have to return to Windows XP O/S to get the printers working properly.
