Hi All,

Upon receiving the information that the IP6600d was supported I made my purchase of TP. Now I am having an issue. Under the native windows drivers I can print borderless on A4, this does not seem possible on TP.

Am I missing something (like a setting etc) or is it a limitation of TP. If it is a limitation of TP will it be removed soon?

Thanks.

Hello,

borderless printing is generally enabled by selecting a borderless size - e.g. "4x6 borderless" or "A4 borderless". This can be done from most applications (e.g. from GIMP) or by changing the default page size in TurboPrint Config.

TurboPrint does not scale the page to make sure all sides are really printed borderless (as most Windows drivers do) so it may be necessary to do this from the application (e.g. Acrobat Reader: set scaling to 102%).

Hello,

That makes sense for me and when I look down the list I see 4 x 6 Borderless but I do NOT see an A4 borderless. Is this a missing option for me?

As to the scaling I will experiment more at the weekend and see if I can make it work. With the 4x6 I just selected the borderless setting and all worked, no scaling at all.

Thanks.

If you try to print from GIMP, please enable the checkmark "show all page sizes".
