Zedonet doesn't respond

Hi,
Yesterday I purchased a full licence for PrintFab. It was expensive.
A full day later I have not received my licence key or had any contact from Zedonet at all.
I needed to use the software yesterday urgently. Today it is beyond urgent.
Why so slow?
Please contact me immediately.
I tried several times to use the contact form on the Zedonet site but every time I have received a mail not-delivered error email so I am trying this method in desperation.

Hello Phil,

I already sent you an email about this issue. The ordered keyfile was sent to your email address immediately after the purchase. Unfortunately the email is sometimes sorted out as "SPAM" by recipient's email provider or the email client. Please check if it can be found in the spam directory.
I have just sent it again. Did you at least receive an email about the order approval? We could try to send it to a different email address if the delivery still fails.

Nothing in my mailbox or my junk mail box sorry.
Yet clearly I can receive notifications through this forum, so all is not lost..!
I read other posts from people having trouble contacting you through email.
I receive error messages saying this:

"Explanation: host mx01.schlund.de [217.72.192.67] said: Requested action not taken:
mailbox unavailable invalid DNS MX or A/AAAA resource record"

And I'm not getting your mail so something is not right.
No order approval, just a message from PayPal saying you had received my payment.

How about you try sending it to lucidcommercialdesign@gmail.com
That might work.
And could I have an alternative contact method that works please, your site contact & feedback pages don't work.
Looking forward to getting underway with PrintFab

Okay, just used the new address for sending the keyfile. You can also reach me via the standard company address: mail (a) zedonet (dot) de.

Thanks..!
PrintFab all set up now.
Does this mean I need to use Gmail to contact you?
