Epson 3880 Prints only black

When trying to print long black and white panoramas with PrintFab the printer will only print a large black rectangle the same size as the image. Printing smaller tests is working without any problems. Does anyone have any suggestions regarding this rather strange issue?
I use w8.1 and PF 0.94. The image file is a tiff with the pixel dimensions 2307 x 62725.

Hello,
this sounds like an arithmetic overflow.
From which application did you print? What are the dimensions of the printed image?
It would also be helpful if you could send the log file (to mail at zedonet dot com):
In the "Start" menu, open
Start -> All programs -> PrintFab -> Show log files
and enclose the files "tpfilter.log", "printfab.log" and "zedomon.log". You can send them in a ZIP archive (e.g. compress from Windows Explorer using the right-mouse-button option "Send to ZIP archive").

Hi
The pixel dimensions are 2307 x 62725. Physical dimension 195mm x 5500mm. Printing from Photoshop cc. I will try to locate the log files.
