I have turned on the halftones BUT still can not get the software to convert the artwork to halftones before printing. I am using a Epson ET-14000. Are halftones possible? Will I have control over the size of them?

Hello,

PrintFab can create halftones, but only in the version "PrintFab Pro XL" (if you are using PrintFab in the 30 day trial version, please install as "PrintFab Pro XL").

The options can be found in the PrintFab driver settings, tab "Options", section "Special Settings Screen Printing". Set "Halftone Screen Mode"="Single Black" to enable halftones. You can adjust halftone size (setting "Screen LPI") and angle ("Screen Angle").
