I am using turboprint_2.24-1_amd64 on Ubuntu 12.04.1.
Whatever paper feed I choose in the TurboPrint printer properties dialogue it uses the lower tray.
The top paper feed cannot be used since there is no way of selecting the paper feed on the printer itself.
If the lower tray is empty and the top feed is selected, printing fails with a "Cassette out of paper" message.
I am not sure if it is a TP problem or the printer is faulty? Any comments?

Hello,
this had already been anwered by email

However, I could not find a reply yet. Please send the log file - thank you!Of course printing should also work with the upper tray. Please note that the application's print dialog (e.g. the LibreOffice print dialog) also offers a tray setting which has precedence over the default setting made in TurboPrint Control.
Could you please send a the log file
/var/log/turboprint/print.log
directly after a print job where the upper tray was selected?
Please also write which application you used to print (e.g. LibreOffice).
