Hi everyone,
i have a problem with my canon ix4000.
It used to print red areas correctly, but now (without changing any parameters in the driver's toolbox) the red areas are printing as brown areas. The other colors are not affected. I have cleaned the printer's heads with the toolbox but it didn't change anything.
I'm using compatible cartridge, i have also tried using a new magenta one, but again, no change.
Does anyone have an idea ?
Thanks
Regards
Caroline

Hello,
please check if all settings in TurboPrint are still set to default values.
You could just install another printer instance in the TurboPrint Control Center without changing any settings and print a demo page. Is this page printed okay?
Do nozzle check prints look okay? Are magenta and blue patterns printed with pure colors?
If you also have a windows machine, you could also check if printing is okay there -so you make sure that it's not the printer causing the problem.
